the pool area is kept spotlessly clean and the staff are all very friendly. however, the evening meals sometimes run out of dishes with no replacements.

clean place with garden views and polite and great staff. incredible location in a lovely area close enough to a supermarket open 24/7, the shops and bars and gemiler beach.

We had a relaxing stay in a long time. Fabulous hotel in a peaceful location very near main area of Hissoronu which offers everything you could want, truly enjoyed this place. The most important was the staff - exceptionally attentive and very friendly people. We stayed in a double room which was spotless and new-fashioned.

Well-kept pool and large modern rooms.

It's location, being a few minutes walk from the centre of Hisoranu meant you didn't have to deal with the noise and bustle when back in your hotel, but we're never to far away from the shops/bars/restaurants. Rooms are small but nice and have been recently refurbished it seems.

The staff weren't very engaging at all and there just wasn't much atmosphere in and around the hotel. This may sound good if you prefer a quiet time, but during the day a bizarre array of music was constantly boomed around the pool making it difficult to even read a book! Getting a ticking off from the restaurant and bar manager for bringing water in the hotel was pretty infuriating. If I have paid for a b&b, why am I then incline to pay minibar prices for water?? Bathroom water pressure was non-existant, making it extremely difficult to get a shower and to wash hair etc. Maybe due I the room being below the main level of the hotel and pool, as the drainage wasn't great and the bathroom constantly wreaked due to an open great in the corner.

Breakfast was ok but buffet dinner which is optional and extra does not worth its price. We tried it only once and ate outside in other days.

The complimentary beach shuttle made it super easy to enjoy the beautiful nearby beaches. The staff were friendly and the drinks at the pool bar were spot on. Perfect if you're looking for a chill vibe and a good variety of food options.

One downside was the WiFi in our room. It didn't work at all, a bummer since we were often trying to stay connected.

Chill vibes and comfy beds

Spent 2 weeks here. The staff were super nice and always ready to help. The poolside snack bar had some tasty treats throughout the day. Sunbeds were comfy, but be ready to wake up early for a good spot. The walk to my room was a bit steep, tho, which could be a workout after a long day.

The beach shuttle made it super easy for our family to hit the sandy shores. Our teenagers loved the pool area and the slide. The snack bar had plenty of tasty bites.

My kids wished for more organized activities for teens.

The stay was enjoyable, especially with the delicious fresh omelettes at breakfast and the varied evening grill, which featured different meats each night. The walk to the beach was short, allowing easy access to stunning views and local attractions. I appreciated the poolside snack bar's tasty treats throughout the day, which were great after some fun in the sun.

Friendly staff amid sunbed chaos

Good location and friendly staff. Enjoyed various meals, especially fresh omelettes. Was nice to have night-time entertainment, like the Michael Jackson show.

The sunbed situation was quite upsetting, with towels being claimed early but guests not returning until much later. This caused some tension around the pool and limited our relaxation.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, the pool area was always clean and tidy, and there's a great variety of food options, especially the made-to-order omelettes in the morning. I loved the evening grill area that had different meats every night and the fresh salads were a nice touch. It was just a 5 min walk to the strip , made it really convenient to hit up the bars and shops.

The only downside was the noisy location with the chicken coop nearby and the rooms were a bit dated and could use some sprucing up. The limited variety of cocktails at the bar was a bummer.

The location is excellent with proximity to the beach and shops. The staff were friendly. We loved the garden view, as it provided a serene atmosphere amidst the greenery.

The only downside was a bit of miscommunication at the spa when I tried to use a voucher for a discount, which wasn't honored, leaving me a bit annoyed without sufficient time to find another place to get my hair done.
